Pixelated images in tutorial and some other places

Some pictures are displayed highly pixelated on Android phone with relatively high resolutions (especially the charaters and the hand of the tutorials), whereas the corresponding assets are fine, detailled and available in sufficiently high resolution. I assume it's a problem of the automatic scaling canvas I used in tuto prefab, but I don't understand why the problem is not visible when testing in Unity itself...
